Fast checkout on the counter
Cashiers search, scan barcodes (including the camera scanner), use short codes or tap favourites. Hold and resume a cart, add a customer, apply a rupee or percent discount, and split pay across Cash, Card, UPI and Due. UPI or a payment QR can sit on the bill. Preview, print, or share a PDF. Order history filters Paid, Due and Voided. Void stays behind a manager PIN and role.
Load a catalog without typing every line
AI Menu Upload reads a printed menu or price-list photo, or you import items through API. Review names and prices, then bill. Excel and CSV import/export remain available for larger catalogs. Products support categories, images, barcode, SKU, MRP, price, stock, reorder, variants, modifiers (for dining or bakery), low-stock alerts and restock.

Stock, suppliers, credit and expenses
Inventory covers stock in/out, adjustment, opening stock, damage or wastage, sale and purchase returns, and full movement history. Purchases are multi-item invoices against a supplier master, paid by Cash, UPI, Card or Credit. Customers can carry a mobile number and credit limit; collect dues with ledger and payment history. Track everyday expenses such as rent, salary and utilities.
Dining when you need it
Restaurants and cafes enable a floor plan, table status, KOT and kitchen display in the same app a grocery counter already uses. Waiters send KOT; kitchen moves tickets pending → ready → served. Transfer, merge or split tables with a PIN. Multiple kitchen printers can follow item categories. Dining also works offline and syncs later. Restaurant reports cover occupancy, table usage, KOT and dining time.
Print at the counter and in the kitchen
Vedaron POS prints over Bluetooth to 58mm and 80mm thermal printers, including extra kitchen printers. Test print and retry KOT are built in. The Software + Printer kit on the shop is a portable 58mm mini Bluetooth thermal printer (ESC/POS, Type-C charge, 2000mAh, one free paper roll, 1-year hardware warranty).
