This Privacy Policy explains how Vedaron POS (“we”, “us”) handles information when you use vedaron.com, request a demo, place a shop order, or install the Vedaron POS Android app from Google Play.

What we collect

We only collect what you choose to send us for support, demos, and orders:

Demo form: name, phone number, business type, and (on some pages) the plan you are interested in.
Shop / checkout: name, phone, optional email, delivery or billing address, product (Software + Printer), quantity, and order total.
Calls and WhatsApp: if you call or message +91 90677 09608, we use that conversation for demos and support.
Email: messages you send to support@vedaron.com.
App install: Vedaron POS is listed on Google Play. This website does not ask for a login to open that listing.

How we use it

To schedule a free demo and help set up Vedaron POS for grocery, retail, restaurant, clothing, cafe, bakery, electronics, pharmacy, or other businesses.
To confirm shop orders for Software + Printer (1 Year Software + Lifetime Printer) and arrange delivery in India.
To answer support questions about the Android app, Bluetooth print, and your subscription.

We do not sell your personal information.

Shop data vs POS shop data

Catalogs, bills, staff logins, and other shop data you create inside Vedaron POS (Android app) are used to run your billing. This website policy covers the marketing site and order enquiries. Use of the app follows the access you set for owners, managers, cashiers, waiters, and kitchen staff.

Sharing

We share details only as needed to fulfil an order (for example delivery of the printer kit) or if the law requires it. Demo and order emails are sent to our support inbox.

Cookies and analytics

This website is a marketing site. We load fonts from Google Fonts so pages can display correctly. We also use Google Analytics (gtag.js) to understand how visitors use the site — for example which pages are viewed. Google may set cookies or similar identifiers as part of that measurement. We do not run a login or payment gateway on these pages; shop checkout opens an email to support@vedaron.com.

Retention

We keep demo and order emails as long as needed to complete your request and for reasonable business records, then delete or archive them when they are no longer required.
