Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to Vedaron POS plans sold on vedaron.com: Software Only (₹2,499 / year) and Software + Printer (₹6,500 — 1 Year Software + Lifetime Printer).

Shop checkout is completed by emailing support@vedaron.com. We confirm payment and activation after we receive your order.

Software Only

  • The plan is 1 Year Software. The thermal printer is not included.
  • If the license has not been activated, you may request a refund within 7 days of payment.
  • Once the software is activated for a shop, the license fee is not refundable.
  • You can install the Vedaron POS Android app at any time from Google Play.

Software + Printer

  • Includes 1 Year Software, a 58mm mini Bluetooth thermal printer (lifetime hardware as sold), Type-C charging cable, 1 thermal paper roll, and 1 year warranty on the printer.
  • Orders ship across India in 7–10 business days. Shipping on outbound orders is free as shown on the shop page.
  • If the kit is unused, unopened, and in original condition, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery. Software must not be activated.
  • Opened paper rolls and used accessories are not returnable unless they arrived damaged.

Damaged or defective printer

  • Tell us within 48 hours of delivery if the box or printer arrived damaged. Share photos with your order details.
  • During the 1-year printer warranty we will repair or replace a defective unit as applicable. Warranty does not cover physical misuse, water damage, or missing accessories.
  • The printer does not need ink or toner; it uses thermal paper only.

How to request a refund or return

Email support@vedaron.com with your name, phone, order date, plan (Software Only or Software + Printer), and reason. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method, usually within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect a returned kit (if hardware was shipped).

Coupon SAVE10

SAVE10 is 10% off a Vedaron POS subscription as shown on the site. Coupon value is not paid out as cash if you cancel; refunds follow the rules above on the amount you paid.
